The easiest is from youtube.
When you find the video you want to post click SHARE and copy the highlighted code provided
Come back here to where you want to post it.
In the tabs of a new topic or add reply you see a tab
Click that.
A box opens and you past your copied code in that box then click INSERT
The code is now embedded in your thread . Click SEND at the bottom of your thread.
You can also past the HTML code for NON-YouTube videos straight into the thread if you have that.
