Obamacare is one of the most destructive policies that has been passed over the last several decades. It will result in trillions wasted, lives lost, and will threaten the greatest healthcare system in the world — even as broken as the system might be.
It’s already failing. Obama and his friends will try to [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]. We’ve seen it repeatedly.
Now, Sen. Marco Rubio has [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] that will ban anything similar to Obamacare in the present or future. This would be a massive step in the right direction, because it will repeal Obamacare as well as stop future tyrannical policies like requiring certain diets.

Rubio is in hot water from his attempt to gain political influence and reform through the “Gang of 8″ immigration group, so it’s no wonder that he’s now trying to push what will obviously be an easy sell to libertarians and conservatives right now.
Still, the plan is a good one. The constitution should protect us from the government, and this amendment would help ensure that. A constitutional amendment is needed to stop Obamacare from being passed again in the future, considering [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
The general idea of the amendment is that it would do the following:
“Congress shall make no law that imposes a tax on a failure to purchase goods or services.”
Remember, the entire idea behind the major part of Obamacare is a “tax” on people who don’t have insurance. This amendment would invalidate Obamacare and would also stop future policies from happening again. Many, many states will likely get behind this.
